As a fitness enthusiast, my biggest weakness is my upper body strength. I’m working on it, but most of the time it feels non-existent. And let’s be honest pushups are a huge part of building upper arm strength. I can barely do one regular push-up. But I AM going to get better at them, and YOU CAN too.
