As a runner and someone who enjoys running, cross-training often is put on the back burner. So let’s talk about why runners should do yoga. I know personally, that it helps me with my running posture and most of all my breathing. Because I will be the first one to let you know that my breathing is usually horrible. I either hold my breath or breathe too shallow. But, yoga has helped me make my running better and even my cross-training better.
Benefits of runners doing yoga
